For your safety, we utilize the very latest sterilization techniques. All of our methods are designed to minimize the risk of cross-infection. We constantly monitor our practice and procedures regarding infection control.

As part of our very strict sterilization policy, all instruments - including the handpieces - are heat sterilized. Whenever possible, we utilize disposable products. In every operatory, we use surface disinfectants and plastic barriers to ensure a protected environment. Our sterilizers are biologically monitored every month to ensure proper sterilization procedures. Our proficient methods are regularly validated by Confirm Monitoring Systems in Englewood, Colorado..

During every procedure, we wear protective, disposable barriers such as gloves and masks that are replaced after each patient's treatment. To protect the environment and the public, we regularly have Mediwaste remove and handle our disposable waste responsibly.

Marlborough Dental Centre - Cancellation Policy

It is our policy at Marlborough Dental Centre to see patients on an appointment basis, and we request you call in advance so space may be reserved for you.

Cancellation of your appointment on very short notice makes it impossible for us to allocate your reserved time to other patients who are in need of immediate dental health care.

Please advise our office at least 48 hours in advance if you're unable to keep your appointment. We thank you for your consideration.

Marlborough Dental Centre - Payment options

After your examination, the dentist and his team will explain any dental problems they discovered, as well as various treatment options available to you. The costs involved with each option and any insurance coverage you may have will also be discussed beforehand to enable you to make an informed decision.

Dental Insurance has been a real plus for the past 25 years. It has provided full or partial coverage for many procedures. Today, dental insurance coverage is confusing, to say the least, and we find patients' plans are even changing between regular appointments. Our receptionists are exceptionally well versed in dental claim submissions and pre-authorizations. They are able to interpret your plan for you. They are also happy to assist you in scheduling your visits accordingly.

We do accept assignment of benefits (where the insurance company pays us directly); however, payment ultimately is your responsibility.
